Augie, since you're in real estate no doubt you understand the value of questioning three deep. What's ironic is that I find many people who have been successful at selling in "real life" have the tools to do very well online, yet most real estate pros (in my perception) say they don't get social media marketing or just don't see the importance of it. There is so much opportunity here! Real estate industry needs more like you.

This is an interesting area and I appreciate your insight Christian. Questioning three deep is definitely a key to successful selling. It frequently helps the client to see more clearly and allow them to see more opportunity and value in our offerings.

As a relative newbie to the online space, I continue to wrestle with the best ways to get the dialogue going and then the secondary challenge is sustaining it. Continued thoughts and insights from you along this line will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the great content!
