Todd - I'm so glad to hear you're employing more active selling into your business. Doing so with tact and grace, with a motivation to help and serve your customers not only allows you to help your customers on a more personal level, but it also allows you to build better relationships, brand yourself in a genuine and real manner and much more. You rock!

Awesome post, Chris. Yeah, it really is all about selling. I've tried pretending that I wasn't selling on my blog and elsewhere and it always feels dishonest. It gets complicated. You could even say manipulative. In the end, good clean sales makes everyone happy. It's a skill I'm slowly learning. Thanks for being here.
