		<description>I especially appreciate the multi-tiered approach you refer to in #5.  I recently attended an internet marketing event that talked about providing choices for your customers such as offering a downsell after an upsell is rejected.  

Treating our buyers well is definitely the way to the holy grail.  They are truly our best ambassadors and co-marketers.
