Your assessment of the loot to be made over the next decade was dead on -- I feel in the commercial real estate arena, alone, there is the potential to build a nine figure net worth, on the low end. Internet-related ventures are a whole other story. I ran a sports-related idea past former Laker James Worthy, recently. He gave me his card and as soon as I flesh the idea out I will contact him.
