You're in real estate so I'm not telling you anything you don't know when I say some brokers will make their entire years income in one day...I know a guy who sold a hotel in HI and made $500k commission. There you go; you don't need an audience of hundreds of thousands; you only need an audience of ONE! Think about writing a blog for the purpose of attracting ONE reader! This is a great example of a niche that many would overlook, but you have the kahunas to take it on and work it. That's awesome! Obviously I can't speak to the demand or how to target a niche like that without investigating it, but I guarantee if you really dig in you'll find real opportunities. Have contractors screened, etc. Then I make a little money of referring prospects to contractors I have met and determined they're OK.. We shall see if I'm crazy or not, but I thought if there could be a better way to get contractors for leaf removal. Look forward to seeing future entries.
